Sterling Silver Italian Snake Chain 0.9 MM

I ordered a 24inch 9mm chain. Arrived on time, wore it one day and it just broke in half. Very disappointed.

I bought and returned a 16 inch snake chain because it was to small. I have yet been able to use my $19.00 for the return. I was told if I ordered another one I would get my credit from an email. I tried ordering it and no email with the credit. I have reached out and no response, I also tried calling but no one answered. I am fed up and want my money returned to me now.

I ordered this chain to replace a similar chain my granddaughter had which had broken. When the new silver chain arrived, she was very pleased not only could she once again wear her pendant, but the clasp didn't catch in her hair! Everything worked out great! I have been very pleased with all the pieces I've ordered from Dreamland.

I've been buying all my silver from here, since 2015! I love this cain so much; I've bought the 18 inch the other day! I rarely,have issues with the jewelry I buy. I wash dishes in my rings (11 of them.), clean for others in them, work in my garden in them too! They Never change color, and they're easy to clean! Toothpaste with baking soda, and peroxide, and a toothbrush is all I need clean them! I highly recommend all of their jewelry! I've bought two bracelets, blue lab opal, in a heart, with an angel wing. I lost the first one, and bought another one!
