Solid 14K Yellow Gold Infinity Ring

I ordered a piece
I wanted it engraved
I was not allowed to have 3 capitols
The order was entered wrong
I acted immediately to cancel it
That was ignored
I contacted customer service. He did a good job and provided the return label ect
When the package arrived it was not the item I ordered but a cheap heart on a chain
I sent it off for my refund. I hope to get my 189$ back. The item coming back looks like a dollar store charm.
I was asked at the time of cancellation if I wanted to order again. Definitely not
