Stainless Steel Squircle Link Chain Bracelet

I received this bracelet already broken. I sent it back because I wanted a replacement and had to pay $13 via UPS to send it back. I asked the company to refund me this money since it was sent to me BROKEN and their policy is they do not refund shipping charges. YOU SENT ME FAULTY PRODUCT - AND I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU? I cancelled the exchange and will never order from this company again. Poor Quality and even worse customer service

Bracelet is very poorly designed. It could have been nice but the little chains on both sides of the bracelet would not stay tight and stay in place. They would hang loosly and get caught on things. Don't bother with this one. I had to return.
