Poorly made. Ridiculously poorly made. The cross was bent out of shape and the cz s appeared to be of low quality. Because it was so inexpensive, it is not worth returning. I've purchased several items from Dreamland Jewelry and this is the ONLY time I have been disappointed.

The cross was more beautiful than expected--the picture doesn't do it justice! It was larger than I thought but my husbands say's it's not too large for my 4'11" frame.

I talked to your customer service and was told I would receive a return postage to return the cheap little cross they sent me and haven't heard anything yet and it's been 6 days. I was told I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I am going to pay my own postage and hopefully get the correct SS Cross Pendant the next time.
