Wrong product

I was very unhappy, I ordered this ring and instead I got an empty bag,no ring no box, and I would have been mad as heck.Well my girl and I split up before it was supposed to come.Forgot about it but we have gotten back on track and can never get an answer back this is the 5th email I have sent I paid for a size 5 and got a bag of nothing, so I cancelled my card witch put me behind on a lot of things but got all that sorted so I figured I'd see if they would take care of the problem now not asking for my money but would love to see what this ring looks like on my girlfriend.Im not going to be an a hole or anything like that so hopefully they make it right.i hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else, Adam Leasure
