I love my ring but have lost a stone within two months of purchase. Do you stand behind this type of issue? I hope so because I am wanting to order more but only if you stand behind the purchase!

This is an update to my first post about the ring!! I bought this ring in Sept. for my granddaughter for Christmas. I gave it to her and not even a month later she told me it lost a stone (the fake emerald one). I got it from her and sent it back, I received the ring back with a note that said, "missing stone..." DAH, that's why I sent it back. And I was told it was over the "60" day warranty. I thought that the warranty was for if you didn't like it, I didn't know it had to fall apart before then in order to get them to do the right thing and reimburse me! I had a huge order in my cart, cancelled it and sent them back the ring with a note that said for them to stick it up their @%& along with my other order! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Very Poor Customer Service and Quality!

Got the wrong size will order a larger one. This ring is gorgeous.

First off, I ADORE dreamland and other than a poor fit I have always loved their pieces. This was my first big disappointment.

The green stones in the actual ring look different from the pictures in the sense that they are far enough apart that you can easily see the silver rod behind them that are holding them in place. The pictures made it look as if it was a beautiful wall of green marquis stones, but the view of the spaces and silver post really spoil the look.

The ring is very true to the picture and the sizing of the stones. Nice when something arrives like it shows in a pictures. Very pretty ring.

This is a beautiful ring and I can't wait to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas!

Nice ring and it fit perfectly. I was hoping that it was a little wider than it is, but overall I like it.
