Sterling Silver Pendant

Over a week ago I talked to someone over the phone and prior to that and also sent pictures. I've still have not seen anything in the mail for a replacement package. I bought my husband a "pendant" for his birthday and the bale has a small chunk missing, which over time will cause it to break and fall off. The Tree of Life pendant. I've always had a great experience with you and now, I think I'm done.

I got this as a free gift so I will gift it at Christmas.

O stars. I do not care for the small pendants at all. The pink, blue or pearl like pendants.
I do it like the angel wings and I really do not like the tree ones either.
I would just as soon not get any free gifts. I’m sorry for all of my negativity.

This pendant was nice but small. The loop didn’t fit over my necklace.
