Placed an order online for the 7" Snake Chain Bracelet - 1.0mm based on the showing of a lobster claw clasp. When the bracelet arrived, it had a regular clasp on it. Called the company only to be told that the clasps are put on by the supplier and they were sorry and that I could return it for a refund. That is fine except I have to pay the shipping to mail it back and the returns department will decide on whether or not I get a "Full" refund. Now if a picture shows a lobster claw clasp and no where in the description does it mention it may not come with that clasp and you order it and it has been misrepresented, then I think the company needs to pay all costs and I should have been told this instead of being told the "Returns" department will decide. Okay, so the bracelet didn't cost alot to begin with but there are principals involved and bad business practices on this company's part. I am not going to take a chance on returning the bracelet at my cost and then only receive a refund for the price of what I paid for the bracelet minus shipping. My mistake for ordering online based on picture of product.
