Sterling Silver Bead Ball Chain 1.2MM

Second chain from dreamland to break at the clasp point, Where the chain tucks into the crimp of the clasp. Both just pulled out less than 3 months of owning. Will be looking for other options for my future purchases after two upset customers I had to partially refund/buy a new chain for. I should have known it wasn’t just a Fluke. As the company came recommended by another artist friend of mine. Sad, do better Dreamland.

I could not wear this as it arrived broken at the clasp.

The clasp broke the first time I put it on. I typically have had good experiences but I bought 2 necklaces that had the same issue- cheap clasps.

I’ve purchased a lot of sterling silver chains from Dreamland over the years. My latest purchase included an 18” 1.5mm ball chain. The clasp disconnected from the chain when I initially put it on. I didn’t return it as it’s not that expensive, but sadly, it will be my last purchase from Dreamland. It seems like quality has declined since my first purchase long ago.

This necklace would be perfect but it is not the size I wanted. This seems to run very small & I would like to return for a longer length. I have the package it was shipped in but not the receipt. How do I return?

I have purchased quite a few different chains over the years and I am confident that I will always get a quality piece of jewelry each time. This purchase wasn’t a let down and is exactly what I wanted!
