I had returned the original ring because it was missing 2 stones. Customer service took care of it and the replacement ring arrived in a timely manner. It was perfect. Very pretty and coordinates very well with a sapphire bracelet my daughter gave me years ago. They look great worn together.

This ring is beautiful. Fit is perfect. Been anxiously awaiting it's arrival and found that 2 of the tiny cz's were missing when I pulled it out of the package!! Not happy! I'll be returning for a replacement.
