Customer beware

I bought 2 of this rings and they changed color soon after I started wearing them, the gold faded away. I called to see if I could exchange them and they said that it was few days passed the return policy. I will never buy from this company again, I used to like Dreamland and I recommended to many friends but after my last experience my opinion about the customer service of the company changed drastically.
I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted to exchange them because the quality was poor
