This is a very pretty ring. It is the first time I ordered something plated. I received this ring two weeks ago and have worn it everyday. Of course the plating is wearing off. Now, the plating is only around the center stone setting and is not much at all. It shows through the clear stones surrounding center stone. I noticed it wearing off on the prongs, but it really hasn't marred the overall appearance of the piece. I like this ring, that is why I'm wearing it everyday. I think it will wear well even without the plating. The pink of the stones seems to help mask the appearance of the plating wearing off. It kind of blends.
