Me and my best friend decided to get matching rings and when mine got here I was so excited because it arrived quickly and it was beautiful but I wore it twice and the red heart gem fell out!! I was not rough on it, as I take great care of my jewelry and didn’t wash my hands with it on or anything. Extremely disappointed. I reached out to dreamland to see if I could get a replacement or a refund and have heard nothing back!
