    Disappointing, returned product

    The necklace I bought was completely disappointing. The link welds were very poorly done and the imperfections could be seen when looking the necklace straight on, the polished surfaces were very rough and not smooth, let alone shiny. The surfaces that were not machined were even more dull and scratched looking. The clasp was nice, but the brackets that connect the clasp to the chain were very thin and cheap. I am usually impressed with dreamland’s chains, but this one was utterly unacceptable.
