After buying a 6.0mm chain, that did not service my needs, I returned and reordered the 8.mm. I had no problem with the purchase or the return. Pros: Good service, no problems with prompt return & reorder Cons: The "enlarged" pics would serve better, if they were actual size. I needed to fit a slider & had to order twice to get correct size
