35X45MM Pear Hand-Polished Labradorite Gem Stone Pendant

I’ve emailed you TWICE in the last week with ZERO response from you! I bought two of the large Labradorite pendants. The pictures of them online make them look like beautiful three dimensional, rounded teardrops, yet they arrived as flat, dull colored discs. They look nothing like the picture! I had planned to give one to my granddaughter for Christmas, but I’d be ashamed to give it to anyone. All I want is a credit for the price, plus shipping, so I can replace these with another selection & have it in time to mail to my granddaughter! I’ve purchased jewelry from you several times in the past & always have been very pleased. I hope you don’t fail me now!

While I really love this pendant and it's a good size, I had a heck of a time finding anything small enough to go through the tiny hole at the top. Unless you're planning on using fishing line or the like, good luck!! The hole goes from front to back and I wanted it to lie flat against my chest so I ended up using a nose ring that clicks closed. Now I can put it on any chain I own with no problems and I love it!

I THINK I used an 8mm 18G nose ring but I can't be sure so use link at your own risk! It's a little big (diameter/circumference-wise) but any smaller and I don't think the ring would fit through the hole bc the hole is straight across and the ring is curved, if that makes sense. I'm so happy with this labradorite pendant. The color and flash are magnificent. As a jewelry maker since 1996, I've seen a lot of labradorite. This pendant is beautiful and worth the money. Will buy other stones as well.
