Stainless Steel 22" Spiga Chain Necklace 3.0 MM

First off, no issues with the product itself; good quality. Delivery on the other hand was terrible. Purchased the express delivery method, which was supposed to be 4-6 days. Then, 24 hours after purchase, I received notification that it was shipped. However, instead of the 4-6 days that it should have taken, it took 20 days to receive it. This would have been consistent with the standard delivery method, which would have otherwise been free. Customer Service was contacted three times about this, but they only provided the same information that was provided to me by the mail service. What was disappointing about the entire experience was that Dreamland Jewelry didn’t offer to reimburse me for what they charged for the Express Delivery method. To sum up, product great, but Customer Service unfortunately left much to be desired.

I ordered this for my husband along with the 22 in rope chain. He likes the stainless more than the sterling as he doesn't like to polish the sterling. Pros: nice heavy chain for the price Cons: none so far
