Everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, refunds:
► All returns must be received back to our facility within 60 days from the original invoice date.
► We only accept returns for size exchange of the same item, store credit, or refund.
► Items must be in unused condition.
► Exchange for the same item different size is final sale.
► Items can only be returned and exchanged once.
► Shipping fee is non-refundable.
► Download and print return form below and send back with your return. (Return orders will not be processed without return form)
► Ship return items in a padded envelope or box. Do not use a paper envelope.
► Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return.
► There is no additional fee to ship the size exchange of the same item(s) to customers.

Orders shipped outside the United States may or may not have additional duty, customs, or brokerage fees due upon delivery. These fees are paid by the recipient of the order. If these charges are applied, the amount is unknown as Dreamland Jewelry has no control over these import charges.

No Transit Update:
When customs clearance procedures are required on international packages, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery time frame. Sometimes it may take between a few business days up to over a week for transit updates to show on the tracking information that is provided. This can happen at any point during transit. Please allow up to the shipping method time frame for a delivery of the package. If their hasn't been any updates with the tracking information provided and it is beyond the time frame of delivery, you are more than welcome to contact us for further assistance or you can contact USPS.com.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship between 1 to 2 business days from the order date.
In which states do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax only in California. The current tax rate is 9.50%
Why are your prices so low?
Dreamland Jewelry has been the low price leader on Silver Jewelry for over 10 years. Department stores and jewelry stores charge very high markups. Dreamland Jewelry eliminates this markup by selling at wholesale prices directly to the public. We strive to keep our prices low.
Is your silver jewelry nickel free?
A small percentage of people are allergic to nickel and so we get this question occasionally. Our silver chains are indeed nickel free and will not aggravate nickel allergies.
Is the cost of shipping per item?
The shipping cost is per order and not per item. You can order as many items as you want and the shipping rate for the method chosen will not change!
What chain lengths are appropriate for men? For women?
Our chains are available in 2 inch increments from 14" to 30". 14" chains are quite small and best for children and possibly very petite women. Women's lengths start at 16" and go up to 30" depending on how low you would like the chain to hang. Men's lengths start at 20" and go up to 30". As a general rule for men, for thick chains choose one size longer than usual.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order is processed and ready for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
What if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email after you submit an order, check your spam folder, junk folder, or promotions folder. Our emails occasionally end up there. If you still don't see the confirmation email, please contact customer care at 888.475.7275 and we will be able to resend a copy of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they receive a confirmation email so they can review and have a copy of their purchase.
What is your return policy?

Does your shipping cost cover the Duty/tariffs/brokerage fees?
Shipping fees do not cover duty/tariffs/brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for those fees if requested by the carrier. International Customs may or may not apply these fees at the time of delivery. If applied, the cost of these fees fluctuates and is specified at the time of delivery.
Are out of stock items restocked?
Sometimes you may come across only certain sizes available or an item completely out of stock. We try our best to replenish our inventory once an item becomes out of stock. Availability varies for each item so if you see a product that is out of stock you can simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for availability.
How do I make changes to an order?
If you noticed a mistake on your order or simply need to make an adjustment, please contact us immediately by phone at 888.475.7275 or email email@example.com. We will be able to make the adjustments for you, if the order has not yet been shipped.
Are your ring sizes true to size?
Ring Sizes are true to size but some may experience a tight fit due to the item being elongated and cover more of the finger than the standard design. This may result in going one size up for a better fit.

Make sure to have at least one order number ready to enter as well as your email address when using this tool. You must input an order and the email address, in order for this function to work. Any orders affiliated with the email address entered will be available to view. If you don't have an order number, we recommend searching in your email search box and filtering the keyword Dreamland to find an order confirmation email that will contain the order number. If you still need help finding an order number, you may contact customer service at 888.475.7275 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is my tracking number not showing any information ?
If you just received an email providing you with the tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the transit information to update in the USPS tracking function. When the order gets a first scan by the courier (USPS or FedEx), the first update will then show in the tracking information. Sometimes the courier may have an overflow of packages (usually during holiday season) and this may take 1-2 business days to see an update.
Why is my package delayed?
A package may be delayed due to the following reasons:
• Invalid or incomplete address - we ship to the address you provided on your order and is listed on your confirmation email
• Delivery address does not have regular daily delivery service
• Weather delays and disasters
• Attempts were made to deliver and no one is available to sign for the package if your package is signature required (this info is usually provided on the tracking update information)
• Mechanical delays which cause a back up through the United States Postal Service to manually check in every package
• Import customs delay. When international customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause tracking updates to delay between a few business days up to a few weeks. (Dreamland Jewelry is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties and fees as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be)
How are your orders packaged?
Items are first placed in a baggie, then in a small, medium, or large jewelry box depending on the size of the order that has the Dreamland Jewelry logo on it, and then placed inside a padded white or grey envelope. Keep in mind each item is not individually packaged with its own Dreamland Jewelry box. This box is mainly used to protect the items while in transit.
Do you provide gift wrapping options?
Unfortunately, Dreamland Jewelry does not offer gift wrapping options. Since each item does not come with its own individual box, you may request extra boxes to be sent with the order. If you wish to receive more boxes, please add in the Order Note section, which is located in the Shopping Cart page, the amount of boxes you would like to receive. (may not exceed more than the amount being purchases and may not exceed a quantity of 10)
Do your rings contain nickel?
Our sterling silver products are indeed nickel free and will not aggravate nickel allergies.
My tracking shows delivered but I have not received it. What do I do next?
We know the delivery of your package is important and we want you to receive your products. In a rare event a package is not received, please take the following steps immediately:
Review and confirm your address was listed correctly in your email confirmation when the order was placed. Did you forget an Apartment #, Unit #, or Suite #? Look around your front door area. Carriers often leave packages in a spot not easily seen if they are not able to deliver in your mailbox (if shipping method chosen is USPS) or front porch (if shipping method chosen is FEDEX) . Check with anyone family members that also live in the household and possibly your neighbors. Carriers sometimes mis-deliver packages to the neighboring house by mistake. If you live in an apartment could the package be at your leasing office? Do you have cluster mailbox where the post office leaves a notice or key to a large mailbox for oversized packages? Did you ship the package to a location that you are not listed as a resident? Did you ship to a friends or families address not in their name in care of?
Dreamland Jewelry request to be contacted within 5 business days of the posted delivery date documented on the USPS or FedEx tracking systems. It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact us immediately at (888)475-7275 or email@example.com.
Dreamland Jewelry provides Order Confirmations via email which allows you to track your package through USPS or FedEx (depending on shipping method chosen). Failure to notify us as soon as possible that you are unable to locate your delivered package results in the lost/stolen package as your responsibility. An investigation is required to be started via USPS or FedEx and there is a limited time frame to open a case in regards to a mis-delivered or lost package. If we are beyond the investigation time frame we are restricted on the actions we can take.
