I bought this ring awhile ago, wore it everyday. One of the large side stones fell out. Now I am sad because I loved this ring and now I can't wear it.
I had just posted a great review, and 3 small cz’s fell out around the center stone. This is my “Grandmother ring” in honor of my May grandson. I’m not happy- I love the ring and want it fixed/replaced. Please tell me how to proceed.
Because the price was so low ... so were my expectations. Was I surprised when I got this ring! It is absolutely gorgeous. I get compliments on it all the time. It is nicely faceted and a good size. The color is amazing. I couldn't be more pleased
