i ordered a silvercz cross pendant, and a silk cord necklace , for a total of about $ 50:00 . iwas very pleased with this purchase and the quality. however , i realized that the oder had been ordered twice - i dont know how , but i sent at least 3 or 4 emails stating that i did not want a duplicate order, and to cancel it and not mail it to me, and of couse issue me a refund . i know that i paid for both orders because i called the credit card company, and sure enough - i got billed for around $102.00 . i paid off my card in full so there is no way dreamland jewelry can claim they didnt get paid for it... i recieved the second package , and toke it immediatly ( unopened ) to the post office where they assured me that if i marked it clearly , RTS (return to sender ) it would be delivered back to dreamland jewelry . so, here it is about a month later with no response. i emailed them again, i called customer service and left a message that was never returned . i should have kept the 2nd package so i could have something to show for the extra $50.00 i paid.
