when I receive my order what I found was the silk cord necklace and I did not order that what I ordered was a leather cord necklace. I sent an email explaining this to you but I never received a response and I can't afford to send the necklace back to you so what am I supposed to do about it?

Item arrived promptly and as discribed. I wish you had a way to compare the sizes of your chains and cords with something. The one I ordered is too big. Maybe if there was a quarter or dime next to the item to actually see how small or large the item is. Although the cord I ordered was way too big, I still love your site and will purchase again and recommend it to others.
