Rose Gold Plated Sterling Silver Eternity Ring

I have NEVER been disappointed with ANY product I have ever bought from Dreamland. This time is different. I spent $57 on a rose gold ring with stones. I've only had it less than a month. This morning a stone was missing. I have the same product from many years ago and it is still all in tact. I only replaced it because the rose gold is somewhat fading, but it is still beautiful. I'm hoping to contact customer service for the first time, and hopefully they will be able to replace or refund the item.
Dummy me, I just saw the other reviews on recently purchased eternity rings, many complaints, even though my first one is STILL fine.

Very dissatisfied. Received it missing 2 stones. One loose stone was in the package the other one was just missing. May not purchase from you again after this. Please make this good or you will lose a good customer. I have spent hundreds on your website.

I ordered a rose colored eternity ring with wIth rhinestones. I had it for 3 days and two of the stones fell out!! I am not careless with my rings, and do not work with any rough material. I love the ring and now it’s ruined.... Being a long time customer who orders numerous products from DreamlanD, I am hoping for a resolution to this issue.

I have purchased several rings from here and have been extremely happy, but this rose gold eternity ring has already lost 2 stones, and for that kind of money it makes me very unhappy. Ill be rethinking my future purchases.
