Small stone fell out

I love this ring but shortly after receiving it one of the small stones fell out. I sent Dreamland a message requesting a replacement ring but I’ve yet to hear or receive anything back. The ring is beautiful and I’ve purchased others but if this is the service I receive I don’t think I will buy anymore.

Exactly what I wanted - in the opposite color scheme.

I had been searching for a black ring with a large square CZ. I found one, but the black came off...I found others, but the metal wasn't clearly understood, and I didn't want to get another one where the black just wears off. I saw this and fell in love.
