They said my ring had been delivered but it wasn't there. I notified Dreamland and they were very quick to locate it for me. It was stopped off by neighbor next day. I then notified them that I received it. They had a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. Very satisfied with the care they took in trying to resolve the situation. Have ordered previously and will order again!
