Beautiful ring BUT the stone fell out in less than 24 hours. I received my order in the late afternoon and put the ring on. Slept in it and didn't notice until late morning the following day the stone was gone. I notified Dreamland Jewelry as soon as I could get to my computer and after a few days I got a reply with a return label to print within 48 hours. I need a new printer so this label is not getting printed in 48 hours, I work full time. When I am finally able to get the label printed and return the remainder of ring I have to wait for it to be delivered and processed before getting a refund, which will likely be weeks. I've ordered from Dreamland for years and have always been pleased with the quality and service but since the last time I ordered prices have gone way up and service is poor for this day and age. I provided a photo with my email to Dreamland (the same one I'm sharing on this review) and think it's ridiculous to request a return on a defective item so they can save pennies in order to reset the stone and resell it. Good service would have been just replacing the defective item, especially since I'm not a new customer and provided a photo.
