Solid 14K White Gold Cross CZ Nose Stud

I recently purchased this nose ring, and I am extremely disappointed with the product's quality. The post of the nose ring is significantly smaller than advertised, making it nearly impossible to wear. This appears to be a clear product defect. The size discrepancy is not only misleading but also renders the nose ring unusable.

I have tried contacting customer support but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. As someone who has never purchased nose rings from this company before, I expected a higher standard of quality and reliability.

Unfortunately, this experience has been a major letdown. I strongly advise against purchasing this product until this defect is addressed and corrected. Also, please be advised, I am totally out of the money I spent on this product because, although this company offers a return for the product, they do not offer a return label which leaves you holding the bag for the return cost which in my case would have been $18.40. I will accept the fact that I will not be doing business with this company again. Thank you for reading my review and I hope it saves you some money!

I have almost all their rings, 3 earrings, and cross on the chains, that do not make rings,on neck, my jewelry is on during showers, sleeping, and the compliments are impressive, love their jewelry great quality and stunning. Now waiting to see a lg. Cross like the green one only in silver, not. Gold for my nose, with straight post, not springs, can't get them in.....lol!

The nose ring is very nice. I just wish it had a longer post, as it is tight on my nose and a little uncomfortable. But I like the look of it.
