I had to return the ring twice, though not sure if it was an user error or the sizing listed was off, as I've measured my ring size multiple times.
However, the customer service was pretty good at being prompt at exchanging the ring for me.
The ring feels nice, sturdy, and heavy. Although the edges are a bit sharp, it feels and looks great overall.
