The ring I got is much too wide. It is hard to tell from the pictures. I need one just like it, but not as wide. Is there a way to return it and exchange it?

Was really excited for this ring but on the first day I wore it, it became scratched. Noticeably scratched. And about 2 weeks since having it, there is also a big smudge like scratch on it as well.

I have worn a gold band (dipped in rhodium twice a year) for 32 years. I was wearing it when I injured my finger but was able to get it off. However, weeks later, it looks as if my knuckle isn't going to go back to it's original size....LOL. So, I thought I'd give this ring a try and it's absolutely perfect. I was able to get the same width and except for the shinier appearance (good!) no one would know it's a replacement. I've already recommended your jewelry to coworkers!!

Delivery was very prompt. Am still evaluating quality..is already showing scratches. Does the plating wear off and expose silver underneath?
