Sterling Silver Anchor Stud Earrings

These came in bent, and when I sent a picture and requested a refund I was asked to take more pictures to submit. Once I submitted for pictures I was told it would be passed along to a manager. Once I followed up a few days later because I never heard back I was given a return label to send it back for a full refund. The company received the return and I still haven't received my refund.
