    I Have not received my butterfly pendant as of today ( Feb. 15, 2016). No refund, replacement, nor explanation been offered. Pros: Jewelry is always very nice, even my mother likes it, and the fact it is 925 silver with real stones and jewels rather than colored glass. Cons: I have not received my product, refund, explanation or replacement.
