Sterling Silver Cushion-Cut CZ Engagement Ring

I’m not very happy with this particular item this time. I’ve only worn the ring for 3 days and I noticed that a stone has already fallen out. Not satisfied at all!

I like the ring very much but the edges of the ring catches on everything. I put it on and when went to dry my hands with a towel and the ring pulled out the strings of the towel. The edges are sharp.
