Ordered with the understanding it would take 10 -20 business days to come. Purchased for a bridesmaids gift with a month to spare. Two and a half months later it arrived and far too late for the occasion. I contacted support and was blown off with them blaming USPS for the delay. No apology and no offer for a refund as it’s now useless to me. Support did not care that this was for a special occasion. Buyer beware, what was supposed to be 10-20 business days was two and a half months. Terrible customer service. I completely gave up contacting them.
