This wire is perfect. I cannot work with half hard, etc., so the Dead Soft is th!e answer. The color is gorgeous...just sold 4 rings with this wire:) Will be ordering more!

I am used to working with half hard wire, so it took a little getting used to the dead soft, but I love it now! I was going to exchange it, and they gave me no problems to do so, but I decided to keep it and am loving it now! Great company and great prices!

when I first received my product I ordered it was square wire instead of round... I was a little frustrated and called to exchange for the round wire, which they were wonderful to deal with. Then after looking at the square wire I thought I really like this so I cancelled my return and ordered more round wire. It just goes to show you even if you dont get what you ordered its not bad..... I did received my other order and the round wire is wonderful too... I will be purchasing wire again. Thank you!!!!!
